Packages
Payment for ayurvedic packages is paid in full before any ayurvedic consultations begin, you have 14 days to change your mind and get a full refund provided no ayurvedic consultations have been taken.
Ayurvedic consultations for the package have to be taken three weekly unless pre-agreed with The Root of Wellbeing.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provisions of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Complaints, refunds and cancellation policy
I handle complaints, refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying my customers. I stand by my services and want customers to be satisfied with them. I will always do my best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly and reasonably.
REFUNDS ARE RARE
I do not issue refunds for change of mind or late cancellations. (24 hours prior to the appointment)
As with all digital content, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period AS LONG as NO content has been consumed. This is tracked using Mail Chimp and Microsoft Documents.
CANCELLATIONS
I am committed to providing excellent service to my clients. To ensure that I can accommodate all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation charge.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
- Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options.
